Is there a better place to celebrate Earth Day than on a farm? We don't think so! At this special Saturday event, we are inviting families to come learn about some of our environmentally responsible farming practices, take a walking tour of the farm (please be sure to wear appropriate footwear), and participate in a planting activity.
Please bring your own clean and empty plastic water bottle. We will show you how to turn it into a greenhouse and help you plant a seed to grow at home. Everyone holding a ticket will have a chance to plant a seed so be sure to have enough empty water bottles for your group!
This event is suitable for all ages. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, tickets must be limited to 20 per time slot and everyone attending must have a ticket. Please be sure to purchase a ticket for everyone attending, regardless of their age. If restrictions are loosened, we will update this event page and more tickets will be added to each time slot.
When you arrive at the farm, please park in the Event Parking Area. There will be a table set up at the walk through entrance where you will present your tickets and check in. Be sure to bring your masks and be prepared to wear them; everyone 2 years and over must wear one when social distancing (6 feet or more) is not possible and at all times while in a retail setting.
