Strawberry Jam Canning Class
In this beginners class we will demonstrate how to prepare and preserve the amazing Strawberries grown right here at Ort Farms. Basic canning principals will be discussed and we will go over the process step by step creating the jam during the class. We will then talk about different ways to utilize the jam in interesting recipes and will provide samples to taste during the class and recipes to take home. Each participant will also leave with a 1/2 pint jar of jam and a quart of strawberries!
